The role of a teacher is to shape the minds of the younger generation. Similarly, the student must be alert to build himself with the best of qualities and to get ignited with a vision for his or her future life. “Teacher is the maker of the nation” So for the development of the country, it is very important to have good teachers and good teachers can be produced only if we have a good system of teacher education and dedicated and efficient teacher-educators. The teachers have an impact on the children of society. 

Nowadays students look at teachers like a friend or a mentor with whom they can share their difficulties without worrying about the same. The teacher has the power to change the lives of their students.  Teachers can act as a support system that is lacking elsewhere in students’ lives.  Today, A teacher is always flexible in their approach. They encourage new trends in the field of education and are ready to make experiments in the teaching process which are affected by keeping in view the new trends, new waves in modern society.

A great teacher always has compassion for their students, understanding of their students’ personal lives, and appreciation for their academic goals and achievements. It is a fact that a civilization cannot rise out of a skeleton of mere ideas and abstract concepts. One of the most important parts of teaching is having dedication. Teachers not only listen but also coach and mentor their students. They are able to help shape academic goals and are dedicated to getting their students to achieve them. 

Teachers have the patience for their students and are understanding when a concept isn’t taking. Patience is key. This is very true of teaching, and not just patience with the students! Teachers also need patience in dealing with the school system, bureaucracy, and parents as well. They are also a source of inspiration and motivation.  

Teachers inspire students to do well and motivate them to work hard and keep their academic goals on track. Teachers do what they do because they want to help others. They are not teaching for recognition, but because they have a passion for youth and education. Teachers typically believe in the power of education and the importance of providing children with good role models and are teaching because of that belief. Good teachers need to be themselves constantly seeking knowledge, be of good character, have high motivation, and be creative, innovative, and effective in the teaching strategies.

The good deeds of teachers are great; because of them, we will grow to become knowledgeable people who will be of use to society, religion, and our nation and country.
