Council Members

The staff at GIS aim to choose student heads representatives and captains who exemplify our mission and vision statement, showing that they are successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens with a sense of pride in everything they do. They are expected to be ambassadors who embody the school values and school mottos. Their range from public speaking at school events to active involvement in school activities and encouraging the involvement of other students.

Their role is to be attentive listeners to their peers which encourages care of fellow students, empowers them to be more responsible citizens and become an approachable, reliable and trustworthy leader.
